Hello, I’m AC and this is a picture of me living at St. Joseph Villa orphanage in the early 1950’s, located in Miami, Florida. I’m the little guy in the center of the picture. I was not adopted. My mother was hospitalized for about a year, and my father flew with Pan American Airlines, thus the reason I was placed at St Joseph Villa.
While there, at about the age of 5 years, I was repeatedly sexually abused by one of the nuns. The abuse took place in what I remember to be an office space in the same building that the children slept in.
I understand that St Joseph Villa was only in operation for a couple of years.
